Changing your H1 500 or H2 750 to pre-mix? This block off plate kit allows you to remove the pump and all the associated cables and hoses leaving a little lightweight billet cover. Unlike other block off plates this one uses an o-ring to seal it up so no need for additional gaskets. Clutch cover removal is required to install this kit so you will need a new gasket from Kawasaki. Kit includes stainless fasteners and an o-ring.
NOTE: Kawasaki triples feed the two stroke oil in through the cases and out the main bearings using slingers. To convert to premix the slingers have to be removed from the crank shaft and all the oil barbs capped or plugged. It is not a simple conversion and is best done only on competition motors.
